Loans Out Detail:

This page shows the details of a an item you have lent, including the start and end date of the loan. You can arrive at this page because you have clicked on an item on the "Loans" page or alternatively because you have clicked on a hyperlink in an email and signed into CYNF.

Confirm or Decline

If you have not as the owner confirmed the loan, this page will give you the option of confirming or declining the loan.

If you confirm the loan an email is sent on your behalf using your email address to the friend requesting to borrow the item confirming the loan request and the loan is entered on your "Loans" page as confirmed. You can also change the dates of the loan and confirm these new dates.

If you decline the loan an email is sent on your behalf from a CYNF email address retaining your privacy where the friend is not one that you invited directly and the loan request is removed from your "Loans" page.

Editing Loan

If the loan has already been confirmed then you can edit the loan, changing the start or end date of the loan. After pressing the "Edit Loan" button an email is sent confirming the new details and also the changes are reflected in your "Loans" page list.

Navigation:

Navigation is easy in CYNF HQ by using a combination of the top tabs and the left side tabs to navigate through CYNF HQ.

• Top Tabs: selects the asset category or group
• Left Side Tabs: selects the function or information

eg. Select "Games" and "Loans" to see all applicable loans relating to Games.

Add Assets :

You can add assets at anytime.

Remember the more assets you add the more your friends can see and the more likely they are to add assets themselves.

To add additional assets click on the "Add Assets" menu item on the top of the page just under the CYNF Logo.

Invite Friends :

You can invite friends at anytime.

Remember the more friends that you add the larger your friends network becomes (especially as they add friends) and therefore the more assets that are available to borrow.

To invite friends click on the "Invite Friends" menu item on the top of the page just under the CYNF Logo and complete the e-mail form.
